Workshops and retreats offer an inspiring, healing pause from everyday life—a place to find solace and enable change in a supportive group environment. They combine the benefits of facilitated therapeutic reflection, the emotional and relational learning of group work, and the intensity needed to focus deeply on a particular issue or topic for growth.

Workshops and retreats can support ongoing therapy or serve as a standalone day to rebalance and gain insight. My Approach

I offer a confidential space to explore what is truly unfolding in your life. Whether you are navigating personal growth, health challenges, or life transitions, we draw on psychotherapeutic practice, philosophical inquiry, and esoteric wisdom to clarify your experience and illuminate new possibilities.

Together, we will deepen understanding, create space for emotional healing, and slow down enough for new choices and possibilities to emerge.

A Practical Philosophy 

I believe therapy helps you make sense of your struggles so you can make meaningful decisions about change. It provides support and a space where you feel valued and heard. This isn't a time when you'll be told what to do or believe—it's about sharing, exploring, and challenging. My role is to help you put problems into context, challenge your thinking, and empathize with how you feel.

In practice​

Depending on what serves you best, our work might involve conversation, creative methods, meditation, mindfulness, focusing, or simply offering a safe space to be heard. What remains constant is the connection between us—an honest, trustworthy commitment to being fully present with you.
