About Imogen

Originally from Greater Manchester, I moved to the South of England as a graduate to work in a large corporate IT firm. My own journey in self-discovery took me to Cape Town, South Africa where I began retraining in Psychotherapy. Having worked in the corporate, voluntary, and private sectors, and holding a senior therapist, supervisor and managerial role in the NHS, I am now based just outside London running my private practice online and in-person. I also enjoy serving as a visiting lecturer and providing teaching and supervision at London’s two leading Existential Psychology and Psychotherapy training institutions. Read more about my approach here. I enjoy being engaged with the psychotherapeutic professional community through continued professional development and research. I am also part of a busy and active family, value the importance of maintaining balance by staying fit and well, and am a keen amateur musician.
